Lamas Sin Fronteras 2 - 2014

Festival that celebrated local traditions in the indigenous community of Waycu, Lamas.  contrasted with a mixture of contemporary artists from the UK,  Australia and a group of muralists called ‘Muralizacion,’ from Tarapoto, who create thought provoking murals around the city and local villages.

Four Symbol,  

During this period I was experimenting with natural pigments from the sacred valley in Cusco.  The pigments are really for dying fabric and unfortunately have faded.  I learnt many things through this work and know never to use the pigments again, although it is a shame as the colors are so amazing and all natural.
